Reply challenges X Easyjet
As part of the reply challenge 2019, we worked with Easyjet, the low-cost flight service provider from Europe. The brief was to create a better flight search experience for their passengers - the pre-planners and the adventurous.
How can we make the search experience and delightful?
24 hours design sprint. I redesigned the UI recently - Dec 2022 to see how my skills changed.
So what did we do?
We based our idea on three key insights:
People are visual - with access to tech which helps them dream visually.
People losing hours on Pinterest points to the delight of dreaming visually.
Tech can now understand pictures like never before.
We asked ourselves,
What if we let people tell us what they like?
and this is how we did it.
